This is an inspection in which we inspect your property to see if the last tenant left things as they should or if the last tenant abused the place and will need to pay damages. If small issues, such as leaks, are identified then the issues may be corrected before they become large costly problems. The report includes photos to help document items for you. We can also inspect the home before a tenant moves in to document the condition of the property before the home is rented.
